高职教育在我国起步时间短、发展速度快，在发展中存在着教学资源短缺、生源减少、师资力量薄弱等问题，面临着在夹缝中求生存的严峻挑战，高职院校要在竞争中求得生存和发展，必然选择走富有特色、个性鲜明的办学之路。

Higher vocational education which developed fast in a short time is now confronted with prob-lems like teaching resource shortage , students decrease and qualified teaching personnel deficiency and so on . Facing severe challenges of striving for the survival in the crevice , higher vocational colleges have to take a feature-filled and character-driven way to fulfill their educational mission in order to survive and develop in in-creasingly fierce competition .
