针对当前水直播播量调节问题,研制了水直播播量控制系统。该系统以PLC为处理器,通过建立插秧机行进速度与步进电机转速之间的模型,实现了利用插秧机的行进速度控制步进电机的转速,进而达到控制播量。试验结果表明,该系统电气和机械性能良好,完全能够满足水直播机的播种要求。
針對噹前水直播播量調節問題,研製瞭水直播播量控製繫統。該繫統以PLC為處理器,通過建立插秧機行進速度與步進電機轉速之間的模型,實現瞭利用插秧機的行進速度控製步進電機的轉速,進而達到控製播量。試驗結果錶明,該繫統電氣和機械性能良好,完全能夠滿足水直播機的播種要求。
침대당전수직파파량조절문제,연제료수직파파량공제계통。해계통이PLC위처리기,통과건립삽앙궤행진속도여보진전궤전속지간적모형,실현료이용삽앙궤적행진속도공제보진전궤적전속,진이체도공제파량。시험결과표명,해계통전기화궤계성능량호,완전능구만족수직파궤적파충요구。
In view of the current seeding quantity adjusting problem of Water Live Seeding Machine, this paper researched quantity control system of it. The system used PLC as processor, through the establishment of model between transplanter traveling speed and the stepper motor speed, which realized using transplanter traveling speed to control stepper motor speed, and thus to control the seeding quantity. The test results showed that the quantity control system was a good electrical and mechanical properties, and fully able to meet the requirements of Water Live Seeding Machine.
