采用热压工艺制备了可用于汽车装饰紧固件的磨碎碳纤维(CFP)增强聚醚砜(PES)(PES/CFP)复合材料。研究了填充CFP体积分数、混合方式及CFP表面空气氧化改性工艺对PES/CFP材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明, CFP最佳体积分数加入量是10%;湿混法制得的PES/CFP试样的拉伸性能优于干法混料;CFP经氧化改性后复合材料拉伸性能显著提高。加入10%体积分数的415℃下处理45 min的CFP,并采用湿法混料压制后制得的复合材料的拉伸性能最佳,拉伸强度可达到136 MPa。
採用熱壓工藝製備瞭可用于汽車裝飾緊固件的磨碎碳纖維(CFP)增彊聚醚砜(PES)(PES/CFP)複閤材料。研究瞭填充CFP體積分數、混閤方式及CFP錶麵空氣氧化改性工藝對PES/CFP材料拉伸性能的影響。結果錶明, CFP最佳體積分數加入量是10%;濕混法製得的PES/CFP試樣的拉伸性能優于榦法混料;CFP經氧化改性後複閤材料拉伸性能顯著提高。加入10%體積分數的415℃下處理45 min的CFP,併採用濕法混料壓製後製得的複閤材料的拉伸性能最佳,拉伸彊度可達到136 MPa。

Carbon fiber powder (CFP) reinforced polyethersulfone (PES/CFP) composites for automobile decoration fasteners were fabricated through hot-pressing method. The effects of CFP volume fraction,mixing method of CFP with PES and surface air oxidation treatment of CFP on the tensile properties of composites were studied. The results show that the best volume fraction of CFP is 10%. Composites of wet mixture has a better tensile properties than that of dry mixture. By air oxidation treatment,the tensile properties of PES/CFP composites can be significantly enhanced. The prepared composites with CFP through oxidation treatment at 415℃and 45 min by wet mixing methods treatment has the highest tensile strength of 136 MPa.
