Cesarean section abdominal%distension with combination of Chinese%traditional and Western Medicine
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗剖宫产术后腹胀的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的80例剖宫产术后腹胀患者作为研究对象（观察组），另选取同期80例剖宫产术后腹胀患者进行对照研究（对照组）。对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础之上结合中药进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗有效率。结果观察组总有效率为95％，对照组总有效率为80％，两组相比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗较单用西药治疗更有利于促进胃肠功能早期恢复，减少腹胀对伤口的张力，有利于术后恢复，缩短病程。

목적：탐토중서의결합치료부궁산술후복창적림상료효。방법선취아원수치적80례부궁산술후복창환자작위연구대상（관찰조），령선취동기80례부궁산술후복창환자진행대조연구（대조조）。대조조채용상규서약치료，관찰조재대조조치료적기출지상결합중약진행치료，비교량조환자적치료유효솔。결과관찰조총유효솔위95％，대조조총유효솔위80％，량조상비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론채용중서의결합치료교단용서약치료경유리우촉진위장공능조기회복，감소복창대상구적장력，유리우술후회복，축단병정。
purpose To investigate the clinical ef ect of combined treatment of abdominal distension after cesarean section of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Method The hospital treated 80 cases of abdominal distension after cesarean section patients as the research object (observation group),the other 80 cases were abdominal distension after cesarean sec-tion patients were studied (control group).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group on the basis of control group therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,compared two groups of treatment ef iciency.Result The observation group the total ef ective rate was 95%,total ef ective rate of the control group was 80%,statistical y significant diference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy is bet er than single western medicine treatment is more conducive to promoting the early recovery of gastrointestinal function used in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,reduce abdominal distension of the tension of the wound,facilitate postoperative recovery,shorten the course of disease.
