本研究对白星花金龟Potosia brevitarsis (Lewis)3龄幼虫进行了资源成分测定。结果表明:白星花金龟3龄幼虫干物质中蛋白质、脂肪和氨基酸含量分别为49.90%、15.42%和38.90%,含有17种氨基酸,包括7种人体必需氨基酸,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸含量的39.43%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸含量的百分比为65.11%,第一限制性氨基酸为蛋氨酸。虫粪干物质中有机质、氮、五氧化二磷及氧化钾含量分别为34.10%、1.42%、1.31%和1.33%。在分析了白星花金龟3龄幼虫资源成分的基础上,对其开发利用价值进行了评价。
本研究對白星花金龜Potosia brevitarsis (Lewis)3齡幼蟲進行瞭資源成分測定。結果錶明:白星花金龜3齡幼蟲榦物質中蛋白質、脂肪和氨基痠含量分彆為49.90%、15.42%和38.90%,含有17種氨基痠,包括7種人體必需氨基痠,必需氨基痠佔總氨基痠含量的39.43%,必需氨基痠與非必需氨基痠含量的百分比為65.11%,第一限製性氨基痠為蛋氨痠。蟲糞榦物質中有機質、氮、五氧化二燐及氧化鉀含量分彆為34.10%、1.42%、1.31%和1.33%。在分析瞭白星花金龜3齡幼蟲資源成分的基礎上,對其開髮利用價值進行瞭評價。
본연구대백성화금구Potosia brevitarsis (Lewis)3령유충진행료자원성분측정。결과표명:백성화금구3령유충간물질중단백질、지방화안기산함량분별위49.90%、15.42%화38.90%,함유17충안기산,포괄7충인체필수안기산,필수안기산점총안기산함량적39.43%,필수안기산여비필수안기산함량적백분비위65.11%,제일한제성안기산위단안산。충분간물질중유궤질、담、오양화이린급양화갑함량분별위34.10%、1.42%、1.31%화1.33%。재분석료백성화금구3령유충자원성분적기출상,대기개발이용개치진행료평개。
The nutritional composition of Protaetia brevitarsis (Lewis) 3 instar larvae was analyzed. The content of protein,fat and amino acid were 49.90%,15.42%and 38.90%of dry samples respectively. Furthermore, sampled insects contain 17 kinds of essential amino acids, including 7 kinds of human essential amino acids, and essential amino acids comprised 39.43%of the total amino acids. The ratio of essential to nonessential amino acids was 65.11%.Methionine was the first limiting amino acid in larvae protein. The organic matter, nitrogen, P2O5 and K2O rate content were 34.10%, 1.42%, 1.31%and 1.33%in the worm dung dry matter .Based on these data, the potential for utilization of Protaetia brevitarsis (Lewis) 3 instar larvae was evaluated.
