Brand communication of Ningbo-born academicians is extremely complex system engineering. Establishing a brand of Ningbo-born academicians, creating academician celebrity, rising the place of Ningbo in city ranking and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of Ningbo are the core parts of brand communication of Ningbo-born academicians. This paper put forward some strategies to achieve a good result in the brand communication of Ningbo -born academicians , such as defining the communication subject, making study of the target audience, carefully organizing the content and actively expanding the channels of communication.
