目的建立乡镇一级的公共卫生应急处置体系,使乡镇级在发生突发公共卫生事件时能采取及时有效的防控措施,控制突发公共卫生事件的发展,最大限度降低突发公共卫生事件造成的损失,保障人民生命财产安全,维护正常的社会和经济秩序.方法对乡镇级突发公共卫生事件应急处置中存在的问题进行分析研究,建立乡镇级突发公共卫生事件应急处置体系.结果通过对突发公共卫生事件应急处理的策略研究,建立起科学完善的突发公共卫生事件应对体系,使西樵镇对突发公共卫生事件达到科学应对、群防群治的目的,各部门统一协调的联动机制初步建立起来.结论乡镇级突发公共卫生事件应对体系的建立在突发公共卫生事件的防控方面有重大的意义,有其不可替代的作用.

To establish public health emergency response system in villages and towns in order to take timely and effective measures for emergency public health events,control the development of public health events,protect people property,and maintain normal social and economic orders.Methods The exist problems in handling the emergency public health events happened in villages and towns were analyzed.And the public health emergency response system was established.Results A scientific public health emergency response system was established by studying the strategies for managing the emergency public health events.A mechanism of unified coordination was primarily established in the departments and agencies in Xiqiao county.Conclusions The establishment of public health emergency response system in villages and towns is of important significance in the prevention and control of emergency public health events.
