目的 探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)相关蛋白E6和E7及CD4-和CD8-T细胞在肺癌组织中的表达及二者的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测107例肺癌患者术后组织中HPV相关蛋白E6和E7及CD4+和CD8+T细胞的表达水平.结果 107例肺癌组织中HPV相关蛋白的阳性表达率为57.94%(62/107),HPV相关蛋白表达与肺癌分化程度及吸烟史相关(x2值分别为9.483和6.683.P值均<0.05).HPV阳性表达组与阴性表达组的CD4和CD8-T细胞的表达均存在显著性差异(x2值分别为26.533和21.266,P值均<0.05),HPV相关蛋白表达与CD4+和CD8+T细胞的表达呈正相关(Rs=0.446,P<0.05:Rs=0.407,P<0.05).结论 HPV感染可引起肺癌患者机体特异性炎症反应,为肺癌的肿瘤免疫治疗提供理论基础.

Objective To investigate the expressions of human papillomavirus (HPV) related protein E6,E7 and CD4+,CD8+ T cell in lung cancer and their relationship.Methods The expressions of HPV E6,E7 and CD4+,CD8 + T cell in 107 cases of lung cancer were detected hy immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of HPV in lung cancer was 57.94% (62/107).The expression of HPV was related with degree of differentiation of lung cancer and history of smoking (x2 =9.483,P <0.05; x2=6.683,P <0.05).The expression levels of CD4+ T cell and CD8+ T cell were significantly different between the positive HPV group and the negative HPV group (x2 =26.533,P <0.05; x2 =21.266,P <0.05).There was positive correlation between the expression of HPV and levels of CD4+ T cell and CD8+ T cell in lung cancer patients (Rs=0.446,P <0.05; Rs=0.407,P <0.05).Conclusions HPV infection may cause the specific inflammatory response in lung cancer patients.That may provide a theoretical basis for lung cancer immunotherapy.
