目的：观察以康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效。方法采用对照试验，治疗组以康复新液联合锡内散灌肠，对照组单用锡内散，2组均以灌肠为主，配合口服药物治疗。根据临床症状、大便检查和结肠镜复查结果进行疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率为88.33%，明显优于对照组的56.5%，（P＜0.05）。治疗后随访，治疗组比对照组复发病例明显减少。结论以康复新液保留灌肠治疗UC效果良好，复发率低，值得临床观察与验证。

목적：관찰이강복신액관장치료궤양성결장염（UC）적림상료효。방법채용대조시험，치료조이강복신액연합석내산관장，대조조단용석내산，2조균이관장위주，배합구복약물치료。근거림상증상、대편검사화결장경복사결과진행료효비교。결과치료조총유효솔위88.33%，명현우우대조조적56.5%，（P＜0.05）。치료후수방，치료조비대조조복발병례명현감소。결론이강복신액보류관장치료UC효과량호，복발솔저，치득림상관찰여험증。
Objective To observe the clinical efifcacy of Kangfuxin Ye to treat ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods Studied by controlled trials, the treatment group was treated with Kangfuxin Ye and XiLEi San, the control group simply using XiLEi San, two groups were treated with enema mainly .Based on the clinical symptoms, stool examination and review the results of efifcacy of colonoscopy compared. Compare the efifcacy of two groups according to the clinical symptoms, stool examination and the results of colonoscopy reexamining.Results The total effective rate is88.33%,was signiifcantly better than that of the control group (56.5%), (P<0.05). Follow-up after treatment for 1 year, the recurrence of cases of the treatment group was signiifcant than the control group.Conclusion Kangfuxin Ye Enema as the main method has good effect on UC, the recurrence rate is low, it is worth clinical observation and veriifcation.
