目的：观察中西医结合疗法治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年11月至2012年11月在我院收治的60例支气管哮喘急性发作患者的临床资料，将其随机分为两组，对照组采用西医对症治疗，治疗组在西医治疗的基础上同时给予中药基本方辨证加减治疗，观察两组患者的疗效。结果对照组总有效率为73.3%，治疗组总有效率为93.3%；治疗组患者的肺功能各项指标较对照组有明显改善，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中西医结合疗法治疗支气管哮喘急性发作可明显改善患者的临床症状，因其疗效持久且副作用少，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰중서의결합요법치료지기관효천급성발작적림상료효。방법회고성분석2011년11월지2012년11월재아원수치적60례지기관효천급성발작환자적림상자료，장기수궤분위량조，대조조채용서의대증치료，치료조재서의치료적기출상동시급여중약기본방변증가감치료，관찰량조환자적료효。결과대조조총유효솔위73.3%，치료조총유효솔위93.3%；치료조환자적폐공능각항지표교대조조유명현개선，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론중서의결합요법치료지기관효천급성발작가명현개선환자적림상증상，인기료효지구차부작용소，치득림상추엄응용。
