目的：探讨老年患者胰十二指肠切除术的围手术期的护理方法。方法选取我科收治的老年胰十二指肠肿瘤的患者78例进行分析讨论，随其将其分为两组，一组患者实施常规的护理措施为对照组，另一组患者实施有效的围手术期的护理干预措施为观察组，比较两组患者的手术后并发症发生率以及患者满意度。结果观察组患者经过围手术期的护理干预措施后术后并发症发生明显低于对照组，患者满意度明显优于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论对于老年患者胰十二指肠切除术给予实施有效的围手术期的护理干预措施能够明显的提高手术成功率，减少术后并发症的发生，提高临床治疗效果并且提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing methods during operation period of pancreaticoduodenectomy in elderly patients. Methods 78 patients were selected in our department were elderly duodenal neoplasms are discussed, along with the divided into two groups, one group of patients with routine nursing measures for the control group, the other groups were effective during operation period nursing intervention measures for the observation group, compared two groups of patients with operation the incidence rate of complications and patient satisfaction. Results the patients in the observation group after nursing intervention measures during the operation and the postoperative complications was signiifcantly lower than the control group, patients satisfaction was signiifcantly better than the control group, by comparison with signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion in elderly patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy to implement effective peri operation period nursing interventions can signiifcantly improve the success rate of operation, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the clinical treatment effect and enhance patient satisfaction.
