目的：探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的发病情况、病理特点、诊断和治疗方法。方法采集包头医学院第三附属医院2007年01月至2013年5月期间就诊患者共146例，进行回顾性分析。结果发病情况男80例，女66例；本组患者因肿瘤不同的生长部位临床表现也各异；术后病理及免疫组化结果CD117(+)132例(90.4％),CD34(+)122例(84.0％),S100(+)25例(17.1％),actin(+)29例（19.9%）。结论胃肠道间质瘤男女发病率相似，主要集中在中老年；GIST在病理上绝大部分表现为CD117(+)和CD34(+)；GIST临床表现多样化,术前能明确诊断的很少,绝大部分通过术后病理确诊；GIST最有效的治疗方法是手术完整切除。

Objective to study the ill information, features pathology,diagnosis and treatment of gastroinstestinal stromal tumor(GIST). Methods:from January 2007 to May 2013,The clinicalpathologic and clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The Incidence of the disease is similar in females and males;The clinical presentations were different with tumor sites;CD 117(+)132 (90.4%),CD34(+)122 (84.0%),S-100(+)25 (17.1%), actin(+)29(19.9%). After the surgeon 85 are retumed a visit 63 of 85(74.1%)are well,and 22 0f 85 (25.9%)are dead , 45 of 63 keep review after surgeon ,9 0f 63 keep imatinib over 1 year . The 22 of 85 are dead after surgeon because relapse and metastasis. Conclusion The years are main middle-aged and elderly;GIST pathology mainly as CD117(+) andCD34(+);Clinical symptoms for patients of GIST have no specific before surgery to conifrm the diagnosis very little, mostly through the postperative pathological diagnosis. GIST most effective treatment is surgical remove.
