目的：探讨小儿麻醉护理配合方法以及体会。方法选取我科收治的小儿手术麻醉的患者120例进行分析讨论，随机将其分为两组，一组观察组，另一组对照组，观察组患者实施有效的麻醉护理配合干预措施，对照组患者实施常规麻醉护理配合措施，比较两组患者的护理工作质量以及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者实施有效的麻醉护理配合干预措施后患者的护理工作质量以及术后并发症的发生率明显优于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P＜0.05）具有统计学意义。结论对于小儿麻醉实施有效的护理配合干预措施能够明显的提高手术麻醉效果，提高手术室的护理工作质量，减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the method and experience of nursing cooperation in pediatric anesthesia.Method 120 cases of anesthesia in our department were selected in operation were analyzed, and were randomly divided into two groups, one group of the observation group, another group of control group, observation with intervention nursing anesthesia and effective implementation of the group of patients, routine anesthesia nursing measures to patients, compared two groups of patients with nursing quality and the incidence of postoperative complications. Results the observation group patients nursing anesthesia effective intervention to patients' quality of nursing work and the incidence of postoperative complications was signiifcantly better than the control group, by comparison with signiifcant difference (P<0.05) with statistical signiifcance. Conclusion in pediatric anesthesia and intervention can obviously improve the operation effect of anesthesia nursing effectively, improve the quality of operation room nursing work, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
