在解剖学教学中培养医学生的创新能力已被重视，但相应方法仍存不足。课堂教学依据学科属性，精选相关专业内容，通过将基础知识联系临床激发其学习兴趣和主动性，训练其学习方法；第二课堂实践指导，可培养其创新意识；青年教师可创立将解剖基础知识与相关临床新应用拓展原理相结合的规范化启迪式教学法，加快培养学生的创新能力。

It has been paid more attention to culturing students' innovation ability in anatomy teaching, however, the corresponding method is still insufifcient. In the classroom teaching, the anatomy teaching contents were properly selected on the basis of subject attribute, and the students' interest in learning and initiative were stimulated by using the basic knowledge of anatomy combined with clinical, and their learning methods were trained. In the second classroom, their innovative consciousness were cultivated through guidance on their practice. Young teachers may create the standard and enlightening teaching method which combines the basic knowledge of anatomy with relevant clinical new application principle to speed up the training of students' innovation ability.
