目的 探索科学有效的临床教学方法,提高教学质量和教学满意率.方法 选择2010年7月~ 2012年5月在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院消化内科实习的高职2009级~ 2011级护理专业21名学生为研究对象.将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组12名学生,对照组9名学生,进行为期7周的临床教学.实验组采用临床路径式教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,分析两组学生的出科成绩及业务能力.结果 实验组学生出科成绩、业务能力及对教学方法的满意率明显高于对照组学生(P<0.01).结论 在消化内科护理实习中应用临床路径式教学方法,显著提高了临床护理教学质量及学生的临床护理水平.

Objective To explore the clinical scientific and effective teaching methods,improve teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.Methods With the method of stochastic digestion department of internal medicine Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University level 2009 to level 2011 higher vocational nursing 21 students were divided into experimental group of 12 and 9 control group by rotary batches,for 7 weeks of teaching.The experimental group used the teaching method of clinical pathway,the control group using the traditional teaching method,analysis of two groups of students from grades and business ability.Results The experimental group students of grades,professional ability and satisfaction to teaching method is obviously higher than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusions Application of the teaching method of clinical pathway in the department of internal medicine,significantly improve the clinical nursing teaching quality and students' level of application.
