Combining the LED lighting principle with experiment, lighting the red and blue oval LEDS with 20mA current at room temperature and constant temperature box setting 85 centigrade respectively, and measuring the vertical Luminous intensity and forward voltage. The influence of PN Junction temperature and ambient temperature on the function of LED is analyzed.
