本试验利用大薯代替不同比例玉米配制日粮饲喂文昌鸡，通过对其生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质影响的研究，探讨大薯替代玉米的可行性。随机选择50日龄健康、体重相近的文昌鸡母鸡288只，随机分成4组，每组4个重复，每个重复18只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组，饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮；Ⅱ～Ⅳ组为试验组，饲喂试验日粮，即在等能等氮条件下分别用10%、15%、20%的大薯替代玉米。试验结果表明，经过2周饲养试验，除对胸肌48 h滴水损失率和胸肌脂肪含量影响显著外，大薯替代饲粮中不同比例玉米对文昌鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及其他肉品质指标影响均不显著（P＞0.05）；当饲养时间达到4周时，各处理组间胸肌48h滴水损失差异显著（P＜0.05），而对其他测定指标均无显著影响（P＞0.05）。说明大薯可以部分替代文昌鸡日粮中的玉米作为能量饲料使用，其替代比例可达玉米含量的20%。
본시험이용대서대체불동비례옥미배제일량사위문창계，통과대기생장성능、도재성능급육품질영향적연구，탐토대서체대옥미적가행성。수궤선택50일령건강、체중상근적문창계모계288지，수궤분성4조，매조4개중복，매개중복18지계。Ⅰ조위대조조，사위옥미-두박형기출사량；Ⅱ～Ⅳ조위시험조，사위시험일량，즉재등능등담조건하분별용10%、15%、20%적대서체대옥미。시험결과표명，경과2주사양시험，제대흉기48 h적수손실솔화흉기지방함량영향현저외，대서체대사량중불동비례옥미대문창계생장성능、도재성능급기타육품질지표영향균불현저（P＞0.05）；당사양시간체도4주시，각처리조간흉기48h적수손실차이현저（P＜0.05），이대기타측정지표균무현저영향（P＞0.05）。설명대서가이부분체대문창계일량중적옥미작위능량사료사용，기체대비례가체옥미함량적20%。
A total of 288 healthy Wenchang chickens at 50 days of age with similar body weight were randomly di-vided into 4 different treatments with 4 replicates of 18 chickens each.Control group was fed basal corn-soybean meal di-et,Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ treatments were fed experimental diet in which corn was substituted by different ratio of Dioscorea alata L. (10%,15%,20%)under equal dietary energy and nitrogen conditions.The results showed that:growth performance,slaugh-ter performance and meat quality were not significantly affected by diets (P>0.05),but 48 h drip loss of muscle and fat content of pectoralis were significantly affected after two week trial period (P<0.05).After four weeks trial period,the dif-ference of 48 h drip loss of muscle were significant among all treatments (P<0.05),However,no signiticant difference was observered in other indices among four treatments (P > 0.05).So Dioscorea alata could partly replace corn in Wenchang chicken diet,ratio of corn substituted by Dioscorea alata L. could reach 20%.
