为了避免高温加氢对设备的要求以及高温下的副反应,通过在常压下多个平行反应进行对比,提出改进的合成3-戊胺的Leuckart反应体系,收到了良好的效果,反应条件温和,鲜有焦化氧化现象,单次转化率71.8%,循环反应收率92.2%。

In order to avoid the demand of equipment for hydrogenation and reduce the generation of byproducts in high temperature reported in the previous, a series of reactions designed for synthesis of 3-aminopentane were carried out and contrasted. Modified Leuckart Reaction system gave nice outcome when optimized system of toluene dehydration exhibited best result, with single cycle yield of 71.8%and total yield of 92.2%.
