针对新课程背景下的德育新要求，小学班主任急需培养一种新型能力，即多维心导能力。多维心导能力，是班主任面对班级学生从心理上所进行的教导、引导、疏导、构导和控导等多种能力，它体现了以“心”为根、以“生”为本、以“学”为中心、以建构为导向等德育新理念，并在班级教育实践中具有一定的可操作性。
針對新課程揹景下的德育新要求，小學班主任急需培養一種新型能力，即多維心導能力。多維心導能力，是班主任麵對班級學生從心理上所進行的教導、引導、疏導、構導和控導等多種能力，它體現瞭以“心”為根、以“生”為本、以“學”為中心、以建構為導嚮等德育新理唸，併在班級教育實踐中具有一定的可操作性。
침대신과정배경하적덕육신요구，소학반주임급수배양일충신형능력，즉다유심도능력。다유심도능력，시반주임면대반급학생종심리상소진행적교도、인도、소도、구도화공도등다충능력，타체현료이“심”위근、이“생”위본、이“학”위중심、이건구위도향등덕육신이념，병재반급교육실천중구유일정적가조작성。
According to the new demand of moral education under the background of new curriculum, primary class teachers need to be trained a new kind of ability: multi-dimensional psychological guidance. Such guidance includes more abilities than one.. instruction, direction, persuasion, constructive dredging and self-control which class teachers face and take up psychologically. Such ability shows that the new moral conceptions of psychology as the root, students as orientation, learning as the center and construction as the guidance. And it is operable to some extent in educational practice in class management.
