为了提高应急物资运输效率，对几种联合运输方案进行分析比较，运用层次分析法（AHP）从运达时间、运输成本、劳动生产率、燃料消耗、总投资5个指标对应急物资联合运输方案选择进行分析研究，确定其决策权重，从而选取最佳方案。通过实例证明，该方法计算结果符合运输的实际情况。

In the field of military logistics, in order to enhance its transportation efficiency, it is necessary to analyze and compare several plans of combined transportation and choose the preferential one. This paper studied on the selection of transportation plans based on AHP as to the principles of speed, transportation cost, working productivity, fuel consumption and total investment, determining its weight. The calculating result is accord with the fact by the practical example.
