本文主要是从理论层面和委托人角度，对经济转型时期的国有商业银行存在的委托-代理问题进行了经济学分析。转型时期国有商业银行存在的委托-代理问题也是我国国有商业银行改革中亟待解决的难题，针对我国的实际情况，在对我国国有商业银行委托-代理问题分析的基础上，重点从政府监管、国有商业银行内部治理和市场监管三个层面提出解决国有商业银行委托-代理问题的对策建议。

The article, mainly based on the principals and theories, analyzes the principal-agent issues, which exist in state-owned commercial banks in the period of economic transition. The principal-agent issues during the eco-nomic transition are also the challenges to be solved during the reform of state-owned commercial banks. In accordance with the present situation in our country and based on the careful analysis of principal-agent issues in state-owned commercial banks, we propose three main accesses to solving the principal-agent issues involving government regula-tion, internal governance of state-owned commercial banks and market regulation.
