为开发出综合性能好的电磁屏蔽复合材料,首先分析了材料对电磁波的屏蔽机理,给出不同材料模型的屏蔽效能计算公式。进而提出了"树脂+镍纤维网+树脂"的分层结构屏蔽复合材料设计模型,估算了屏蔽网络在高频时因感抗电流所带来的屏蔽效能。实验制备了复合材料的测试样品,对其进行屏蔽效能测试的结果表明:基于镍纤维网络屏蔽的复合材料在14kHz~18GHz都具有较高的屏蔽效能,频率为450MHz时达到72dB。设计的材料模型充分利用了材料结构对电磁波的屏蔽机制,对高效屏蔽复合材料的设计具有理论价值和指导意义。

To develop electromagnetic shielding composites having integrated properties, we analyzed the shielding mechanism of materials against electromagnetic wave, and put forward formulas of shielding effectiveness of different materials model. Moreover, we presented an optimized model of laminated structural shielding composites of resin-nickel fiber network-resin , estimated the shielding effectiveness from inductive current of the shielding network at high frequency, and manufactured and tested test samples of the proposed composites. The test results of shielding effectiveness show that the shielding composites based on nickel fiber network have a high shielding effectiveness in 14 kHz-18 GHz, reaching 72 dB at 450 MHz. The optimized model makes fully use of shielding mechanism of the materials against electromagnetic wave, thus it provides theoretical basis and guidance for the design of high efficiency shielding composites.
