设计并实现了一种基于旋转变压器的永磁同步电机驱动系统。给出了系统的硬软件设计方案。重点介绍了旋转变压器/数字转换器AD2S1205及其相关参数的选择,设计了外围电路,以及AD2S1205与主控芯片TMS320F2808的接口电路。实验结果表明系统设计合理,旋转变压器和AD2S1205组成的位置检测电路正确可行。

This paper introduces the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system based on resolver, and the hardware and software of drive system are presented. The selection of AD2S1205 which is the resolver/digital converter and its correlative parameter are mainly explained. The design of peripheral circuit and the implementation of the interface circuit between AD2S1205 and DSP controller TMS320F2808 are described. The experimental results verify the rationality of the servo- system and the validity and feasibility of the position measuring circuit consisted of resolver and AD2S 1205.
