以一台31kW油田用螺杆泵永磁交流伺服电动机为例,运用理论与实验相结合的方法,得出电机各部分损耗。利用有限元方法,在确定热源和边界条件下,对电机稳态温度场进行了计算,提出了三维温度场计算端部散热处理的新方法。同时,建立了等效热网络方法的数学模型,列出各节点的热平衡方程,计算出各节点的温度值。并将两种方法的计算结果与实测数据相对比,验证了该方法的准确性,为永磁交流伺服电动机的温度场计算提供了参考依据。
