针对M2060成型磨床的结构特点,提出了磨床的总体改造方案和硬件构成,搭建了硬件平台。介绍了西门子840D系统参数设置和驱动配置的方法。结合成型磨床加工的工艺流程特点,阐述了如何运用NC高级指令编写磨床加工程序和解决坐标零点自动校正问题,分析了西门子S7-300 PLC的工作原理及并介绍了其应用情况。改造后的磨床运转可靠,达到了改造目标,产生了经济效益。

Considering the construction features of M2060 forming grinder, the overall reform plan and hardware structure were put forward to set up the hardware platform. Siemens 840D system parameter setting and the method of drive configuration were introduced. Considering the character of forming grinder process, the method using NC senior instructions to program and solving problem with automatic correction of coordinates zero was expounded, and working principle and application of Siemens S7-300 PLC were analyzed. It operated reliably and achieved the goal of reform after reform. It made great economic benefits.
