以黄瓜叶片为材料,在初花和结瓜2个时期共分离得到内生细菌81株。采用平板对峙方法筛选出5株对黄瓜叶片病原真菌有明显体外拮抗活性的内生细菌,其中2株为单抗瓜果腐霉内生细菌Y1和CE1,2株为单抗掘氏疫霉内生细菌Y2和CE8,1株为对2种病原菌都产生抗性的Y5。经16S rDNA进行了初步鉴定,确认这5株细菌分别属于短小杆菌属(Curtobacte-rium sp.)、节杆菌属(Arthrobacter sp.)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus sp.)、泛菌属(Pantoea sp.)和芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp.)。相关研究为黄瓜内生拮抗细菌的理论探索和生产应用提供了一定的理论基础。

Cucumber is a basic vegetable in China, whose production is seriously affected by diseases such as cucumber blight and cucumber potaninia rot. Endophytic bacteria have great potential to prevent and control cucumber diseases due to their advantages for environmental safety. In this Study, 81 cuhurable endophytic bacterial strains were isolated from cucumber leaves sampled at blossoming and fruiting stages respectively, of which five strains were tested to exhibit extensive obvious antagonistic activities against pathogenic fungus in vitro as detected by plate antagonist experiments: two strains ( Y1 and CE1 ) against to Pythium aphanidermatum only, two strains ( Y2 and CES) to Phytophthora drechsleri only, and one strain ( Y5 ) to both. The analysis of 16S rRNA gene comparison showed that these five bacteria belong to Curtobacterium sp. , Arthrobacter sp. , Staphylococcus sp. , Pantoea sp. , and Bacillus sp.. The strains obtained from this study provide possibility for future endophyte-cucum- ber association mechanism study and even field application perspectives.
