针对某城市越野车型,根据其设计参数,利用Adams/car建立了整车多体动力学模型。依据路面不平度位移功率谱密度与Sayers经验模型的转换,由路面轮廓发生器产生仿真所需的随机路面。参照汽车平顺性试验方法,进行了随机路面输入下的平顺性仿真试验。用座椅面处3个方向(垂向、纵向、横向)总加权加速度均方根值对平顺性进行评价。比较了各轴向振动加权加速度均方根值在不同车速下对总加权加速度均方根值的贡献量,发现在常用车速段汽车的纵向振动贡献量比较大,分析其原因并提出了改进方案,为实际车辆的平顺性及其他设计分析提供依据。

For a sport utility vehicle, and according to its design parameters, we established a vehicle multi-body dynamics model by using Adams/car. A random road was built by Road-Profile Generation. In reference to the vehicle ride comfort test method, a simulation test of ride comfort under the random road was performed. The total weighted acceleration root mean square value was used to eval- uate the ride comfort. The contributions of the weighted acceleration root mean square value of every axial to the total weighted acceleration root mean square at different speeds were compared. We found that the vehicle longitudinal vibration contribution accounts for a large proportion at the commonly used speed, put forward the optimization method for the reasons, and provided a basis for the design of the actual vehicle.
