介绍了混泥土泵车液压控制系统的工作原理。针对液压系统动力控制的功率键合图给出Matlab/Simulink模拟数学模型,分析泵车的输出压、活塞杆位移、泵不同频率的流量和反转时间。根据分析结果得出影响液压响应时间的重要因素。

The working principle of hydraulic control system for concrete pump was described firstly. Then we proposed its mathematical model of pumping circuit by means of the power bond graph to dynamically simulate the pumping circuit of hydraulic system with software Matlab/Simulink. We analyzed the outlet pressure of pump and the displacement of rod piston in the different flow ( frequency of pump) and different reversing time. Later we found out that the fundamental cause of hydraulic impact was that the response time of dividing circuit was unmatched with the movement time of the hydraulic cylinders.
