靖边气田集气站内安装的撬装甘醇脱水装置在正常运行时的三甘醇消耗量符合石油行业标准,但是在年度检修、技术改造等需要脱水撬停产且须退出其内溶液时三甘醇消耗量较大。通过对脱水撬自身工艺流程、内部结构及员工操作方法等方面进行详细调研和分析,找到了导致脱水撬停产时三甘醇损耗量大的原因,然后结合现场实际情况采取了两项简单易行的措施:改造马龙尼脱水撬排污流程,改进脱水撬停产前的退醇方法。现场应用情况表明,采用优化后退醇流程可有效降低脱水撬停产时三甘醇的损耗量,进而降低企业生产成本和物料拉运时的交通风险,具有一定的推广价值。

When the skid-mounted dehydration units installed in Jingbian gas field was normal operating,the quantity of triglycol solution consumed was less than the oil industry stan- dard.But it must stop running and drain all triglycol solution during developing the annual overhaul and process transformation,the consumption of triglycol solution was greater.Through researching and analysesing itself, the internal structure and the operation method etc of the skid-mounted dehydration units,the reason consumed more triglycol solution was found,and then 2 simple measures were taken according to the actual situation:transforming the sewage process of the skid-mounted dehydration units made by Maloney company, improving the method of draining triglycol solution before stoping running.Practical application shows that, before the skid-mounted dehydration device was stopped running,adopting optimized draining triglycol solution techniques can not onlyeffectively reduce the consumption of triglycol solution,but also reduce the operating cost of enterprises and the traffic risk of transporting material.For this reason,this techniques can be spreaded.
