石灰乳是磷酸氢钙生产所需的原料之一,其制备工艺对磷酸氢钙产品的品质、生石灰消耗量和石灰渣排放量都有较大影响。通过改进生石灰的储存方式、消化工艺以及石灰浆的净化方式,实施后使每吨磷酸氢钙产品的生石灰消耗量降低约33%、石灰渣排放量减少约67%,并提升了石灰乳以及磷酸氢钙产品的品质,取得了良好的应用效果。
石灰乳是燐痠氫鈣生產所需的原料之一,其製備工藝對燐痠氫鈣產品的品質、生石灰消耗量和石灰渣排放量都有較大影響。通過改進生石灰的儲存方式、消化工藝以及石灰漿的淨化方式,實施後使每噸燐痠氫鈣產品的生石灰消耗量降低約33%、石灰渣排放量減少約67%,併提升瞭石灰乳以及燐痠氫鈣產品的品質,取得瞭良好的應用效果。

Lime milk is one of materials needed for the production of dicalcium phosphate dihydrogen (DCPD) , and its preparation process has a great effect on the product quality, lime consumption and lime sludge emission. The improvements of lime storage method, lime slaking technology and lime slurry purifica- tion method in this paper got a good applying effect that the lime wastage was reduced by about 33% and the lime sludge was reduced by about 67% for a ton DCPD, and the qualities of lime milk and DCPD were enhanced.
