目的：通过预试实验，对壮药土生地的化学成分进行初步研究。方法采用化学反应鉴别法，对壮药土生地的水提取液、乙醇提取液及石油醚提取液进行化学成分研究。结果壮药土生地预实验反应显示，皂苷、蒽醌、糖类、苷类、植物甾醇、有机酸、鞣质、强心苷、三萜、挥发油均产生正反应现象，其余产生负反应现象。结论实验结果为土生地活性成分进一步研究提供了理论基础。
목적：통과예시실험，대장약토생지적화학성분진행초보연구。방법채용화학반응감별법，대장약토생지적수제취액、을순제취액급석유미제취액진행화학성분연구。결과장약토생지예실험반응현시，조감、은곤、당류、감류、식물치순、유궤산、유질、강심감、삼첩、휘발유균산생정반응현상，기여산생부반응현상。결론실험결과위토생지활성성분진일보연구제공료이론기출。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Derris eriocarpa How.by preliminary test. Methods The mixtures were extracted from Divaricate Gynura.with purified water, 95% ethanol and Petroleum ether by chemical reaction identification method. Results Through preliminary test, the chemical components of Saponin, anthraquinone, carbohydrates, glycosides, sterols, organic acids, tannins, cardiac glycosides, three terpenes, volatile oil were positive reactions and others were negative reactions. Conclusion The research provides foundation for further study of the chemical compositions and biological activities of Divaricate Gynura.
