目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤联合神经生长因子对多发性脑梗死的影响。方法选用Wistar大鼠,应用微栓子栓塞阻断方法,将大鼠造成多发性脑梗死模型,通过大鼠神经行为学改变和海马组织病理改变来探讨血府逐瘀汤联合神经生长因子对大鼠多发性脑梗死模型的影响。结果术后7天,治疗组与模型组比较NKB阳性神经元百分率明显增高(t=21.3411,P<0.01)。治疗组术后7天与术后1天比较NKB阳性神经元百分率明显增高(t=3.4943,P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合神经生长因子能有效改善多发性脑梗死大鼠神经行为学及海马组织病理学的改变,是治疗多发性脑梗死的有效方法。

목적:탐토혈부축어탕연합신경생장인자대다발성뇌경사적영향。방법선용Wistar대서,응용미전자전새조단방법,장대서조성다발성뇌경사모형,통과대서신경행위학개변화해마조직병리개변래탐토혈부축어탕연합신경생장인자대대서다발성뇌경사모형적영향。결과술후7천,치료조여모형조비교NKB양성신경원백분솔명현증고(t=21.3411,P<0.01)。치료조술후7천여술후1천비교NKB양성신경원백분솔명현증고(t=3.4943,P<0.01)。결론혈부축어탕연합신경생장인자능유효개선다발성뇌경사대서신경행위학급해마조직병이학적개변,시치료다발성뇌경사적유효방법。
Objective To explore the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with nerve growth factor (NGF) on multiple cerebral infarcts. Methods Wistar Rats were selected, and the method of embolism blocking by microembolus was applied so as to cause multiple cerebral infarcts for rats. Based on rats' neuroethological changes and histopathological changes of hippocampus, the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with NGF on multiple cerebral infarcts for rats were investigated. Results 7 days after operation, the treatment group compared with the model group,the percentage of NKB positive neurons increased significantly (t=21.3411, P < 0.01). The treatment group after 7 days and 1 days after operation,NKB positive neurons were significantly enhanced (t=3.4943, P<0.01). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with NGF helps effectively improve the neuroethological changes and histopathological changes of hippocampus for rats with multiple cerebral infarcts, which is an effective method in the treatment of multiple cerebral infarcts.
