目的探讨毛细血管扩张型骨肉瘤MRI表现特征。方法回顾性分析13例毛细血管扩张型骨肉瘤MRI表现。结果13例毛细血管扩张型骨肉瘤发生于股骨远端4例、肱骨近端7例、腓骨上段2例。膨胀性骨质破坏9例(骨质破坏区大部分边缘不清并无硬化边),12例骨皮质筛孔样改变,13例均可见不同程度骨膜反应,9例出现Codman三角,均可见软组织肿块,软组织肿块大部或完全由多发囊腔构成,其中11例囊腔内见大小不一液-液平面,9例病变区可见斑点状肿瘤骨,增强扫描病变呈包膜和分隔样明显强化。结论毛细血管扩张型骨肉瘤具有相对MRI特征,认识这些特征有助于临床及时正确诊断。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of the telangiectasia osteosarcoma MRI findings. Methods A retrospective analysis of 13 cases of telangiectasia osteosarcoma MRI findings. Results 13 cases of telangiectasia osteosarcoma four cases occurred in the distal femur,proximal humerus 7 cases,the upper fibular 2 cases,the expansion of bone destruction of nine cases,most of the areas of bone destruction there is no clear edge hardened edge 12 cases of cortical bone sieve-like changes,13 patients were seen varying degrees of periosteal reaction,9 cases of Codman triangle are visible soft tissue mass,most of soft tissue mass or multiple cysts,11 cases of intracavitary see the size of mixed liquid - liquid plane,9 lesions punctate tumor bone envelope and separated like enhanced scan lesions were significantly enhanced. Conclusion telangiectatic osteosarcoma tumor has a relatively MRI characteristics,understanding these features contribute to the timely and correct clinical diagnosis.
