This paper introduced a kind of TTF substrate glass level measuring system,control singal is collected and executing machine is drived by PLC.Analysis the PLC ontrol system working principle and control of PLC program design.make the TFT channel glass level control precision and stability,while using the touch screen provides a friendly the man –manchine interface,easy to modify parameters.Practice has proved,the control system is applied to the TFT channel level control has the advantages of simple operation、reliable operation.
