This paper introduced the basic principle of GPS-RTK height difference measurement,using the RTK observed the single point elevation,gained the height difference of adjacent points,and then using DS3 water level observed these elevation points,compared with the two group of elevation data,and then draw the conclusion that GPS-RTK height difference measurement could replace fourth order leveling measurement.
