高职院校专业作为教育与社会的契合点,必须成为开放、柔性的自为组织,以保障专业人才培养质量的提高。“专业自为组织”包含两个维度——教师主体的自为和人才培养保障机制的自为。在实践中,要通过“赋权增能”,使专业教师以创造者的身份进入专业建设活动中,成为实施专业自主权的主体;通过建立专业自我评估和管理机制,以保障人才培养质量的持续提升。

As the link between the vocational colleges and society ,the specialty construction must become an open self-development organization.The self-development specialty organization refers the teacher's self- development and the self-management of Training Guarantee system.In practice, teacher empowerment is the good way for teachers having creativity to develop to speciahy.And the specialty must be construct self-assessment and self-management mechanism, in order to enhance the quality of the professional training.
