通过永州排砂坪隧道出口泥石流的成因分析,介绍了泥石流发生的必备条件。在此基础上,对全药冲冲沟的泥石流采用坡脚回填反压,改沟、顺坝,并结合排水进行治理;对石门漯冲沟泥石流,则设置拦挡坝等措施治理,并关闭采石场。

Through the analysis on the causes to the occurrence debris flow at export of Paishaping tunnel,the essential factors causing debris flow are introduced.Then the debris flow occurred along the gully in Quanyaochong is treated by backfill of slope foot,modification of gully,and longitudinal dike in combination with water drainage;and the debris flow along the gully in Shimenluo is treated by setting barrage and the quarry yard is closed.
