“90后”大学生进入校园,对新时期高校的教育管理既是机遇又是挑战。“90后”大学生受社会、家庭等因素的影响,性格、行为等具有明显的时代特征,高校应根据“90后”大学生的特点,创新工作方法,开创高校教育新局面。尤其是在当前严峻的就业形势下,则应利用“90后”大学生开展创业教育的有利因素,克服不利因素,转变教育观念、关注心理健康、开展吃苦教育、培养创业意识、推进校企联合、深化课程体制改革、加强师资队伍建设,构建适合“90后”学生成长成才的创业教育体系。

It was both opportunity and challenge for educational management when the post-90s students entered the campus. The charactor and conduct of the students who were born in 1990s were affected by society and family, with obvious characteristics of the new era. University man- agers should bring forth new working methods according to the characteristics of post-90s students to create a new situation. In the current situation of severe employment, high school ed- ucators should change educational ideas, pay attention to mental health of the students, cultivate awareness based on entrepreneurial education, promote the cooperation between school and enter- prise, deepen curriculum system reform and enhance teachers team construction. Entrepreneur- ship education system should be constructed for post-90s students growth and success.
