在对某款摩托车发动机噪声源识别试验中,通过声强测量发现,曲轴箱体的表面辐射噪声是主要噪声源,但却不能确定该噪声源的成因。在综合应用了共振频率分析、分别运行法和频谱分析法等噪声源识别方法后,最终发现该噪声源来自发动机的正时链轮和链条的冲击噪声,并发现其位置与声强等高线指示的声源位置并不一致。
在對某款摩託車髮動機譟聲源識彆試驗中,通過聲彊測量髮現,麯軸箱體的錶麵輻射譟聲是主要譟聲源,但卻不能確定該譟聲源的成因。在綜閤應用瞭共振頻率分析、分彆運行法和頻譜分析法等譟聲源識彆方法後,最終髮現該譟聲源來自髮動機的正時鏈輪和鏈條的遲擊譟聲,併髮現其位置與聲彊等高線指示的聲源位置併不一緻。

This paper introduces the method of identifying the noise source in motorcycle engine. Firstly, we find the surface-radiated noise of crankshaft case is the main noise source through sound intensity measurement.Then we adopt resonant frequency analysis and spectral analysis to further identify source of noise and find that the noise is generated by the impact of timing chain wheel and chains. And the real noise position is different with that indicated by the sound intensity contour.
