采用溶液接枝法,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,马来酸酐(MAH)为单体,二甲苯为溶剂,制备了马来酸酐接枝的茂金属乙烯丙烯共聚弹性体(mEP-g-MAH).通过红外光谱确定接枝物的结构,采用酸碱滴定法测定产物的接枝率,详细研究MAH、BPO、溶剂用量及反应温度等对接枝率的影响规律.结果表明,当m(mEP):m(MAH):m(BPO)=100:10:2.7,反应温度为94℃,反应时间3h时,接枝率达到最大值2.81%.

mEP-g-MAH was prepared by adopting the solution grafting method, taking BPO as the initiator,MAIl as the monomer, dimethylbenzenne as the dissolvent The structure and graft rate of the graft poly-mer were determined by means of IR spectra and acid-base titrations, the e]fect of content of dimethyl-benzenne, MAH, BPOand reaction temperature on graft rate were studied in detail. The results showthat : the graft rate is up to 2.81% when mEP : MAH: BPO z 100: 10:2.7;the reaction temperature is94℃, and the reaction.time is 3h.
