目的:建立填充柱气相色谱法测定复方牙痛酊中甲醇含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱:PQ柱(2m×3mm;60—80m,Porakpak填料),以正丙醇为内标,进样口温度:240%,柱温:140℃,检测器:250℃,进样量2止。结果:甲醇在0.008—0.8uL·ml-1浓度范围内相应线性关系良好(r=0.9996);平均回收率为93.3%,RSD=1.92%。稳定性RSD=3.45%。结论:方法操作简单,可准确用于产品的质量控制。

목적:건립전충주기상색보법측정복방아통정중갑순함량적측정방법。방법:색보주:PQ주(2m×3mm;60—80m,Porakpak전료),이정병순위내표,진양구온도:240%,주온:140℃,검측기:250℃,진양량2지。결과:갑순재0.008—0.8uL·ml-1농도범위내상응선성관계량호(r=0.9996);평균회수솔위93.3%,RSD=1.92%。은정성RSD=3.45%。결론:방법조작간단,가준학용우산품적질량공제。
Objective: the paper reports a GC method for determination of methanol in Fufangyatongding by packed column gas chromatography. Methods: GC method is adopted for the determination PQ column which is packed with Porakpak (2m × 3mm,60 × 80m). N-propanol has been used as the internal standard substance in internal standard method. The temperature of injection port is 240℃, column temperature 140℃, and the GC system consists of FID as the detector, whose temperature is 250℃, and the sample size is 21uL. Results: Methanol got a good linearity between 0. 008 - 0. 8 uL . ml -1 under the chromatographic condition. The mean recovery was 93.3 %, and RSD was 1.92% (n =6). The RSD of the stability test was 3.45%. Conclusion: The method is so simple, rapid and with satisfactory recoveries that it can provide the scientific quarantine criterion for fufangyatongding.
