评价油田耗水率大小是评价水驱油田注水开发效果的重要内容。为了正确评价边底水油藏的注水开发效果，从耗水率基本概念出发，建立耗水率与采出程度的关系式并以此绘制出耗水率理论图版。分析了传统耗水率在边底水对驱动能量贡献较大的油藏中应用的局限性，通过广义耗水率的概念提出了利用驱动指数法正确计算注入水驱动作用下耗水率的方法，进行了实例分析，结果表明该方法简单可靠能较为客观的评价边底水油藏的注水开发效果。

Evaluation oilfield water consumption rate is a very important content of evaluating the waterflooding development effect. In order to correctly evaluate the edge and bottom water reservoir water flooding development effect,According to the basic definition of water consumption establish the relationship of waterflooding consumption rate and recovery percent, in addition, on basis of this draw the water consumption rate theoretical plate.Analysis the traditional water consumption rate＇s limitations in the oil reservoir with edge and bottom water which is a mian contribute for drving, so that propose the concept of generalized water consumption rate,and also propose a method of utilizing driving index to compute the water consumption rate which under the action of water injection.The corresponding examples has been gived,the result show that the mothed is simple and reliable which can evaluate the waterflooding effect objectively.
