针对如何用最小的储能装置实现风电场长时间稳定输出的课题,对风电机组中储能装置的配置功率、配置容量的大小及其对风电机组有功功率输出的优化作用进行了研究,提出了以风电机组及储能装置的输出功率波动标准差为指标的储能系统的功率和容量优化方案,并编写了基于CPSO算法的目标函数优化程序,针对单台风力发电机组一天的风电功率数据进行了优化计算,得出了储能装置额定容量及额定功率的优化组合方案,验证了该方案的有效性.

With the installed capacity of wind power increasing, the influence of wind power on the eco- nomic and stable operation of the power system are drawing more and more attention. Among the methods that have been put forward in order to smooth the wind-power output volatility, the implementation of en- ergy storage system to improve the performance of wind energy generation is a quite promising approach, and it is a meaningful topic on which we study how to choose energy storage device with the smallest ca- pacity to achieve a long-time stable output of the wind farm. A solution of the optimization of the power and capacity of energy-storage device is put forward in this paper, where the standard deviation of the wind-power output fluctuation is set as the objective function. The optimization is programmed based on the CPSO algorithm, and the validity of this solution is verified with practical examples.
