高等教育的任务是培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才。围绕我校高水平特色大学的建设目标及国家对林业科技的战略挑战,我们对创新人才培养模式进行了积极地探索与实践,提出了高分子材料与工程专业创新型人才培养模式,即建构"宽专业"的课程体系和"厚基础、宽专业、强能力、重实践"的创新型人才培养模式。几年来,通过更新教育理念、完善实践教学平台、营造创新氛围等措施,培养出一批具有国际竞争力的创新人才。

In knowledge economy era,one of the main tasks of higher education was to cultivate a large number of innovative talents.Being faced with the challenge of knowledge economy era and new situation of fierce international competition,a series of study and practice in the cultivation model of innovative talents and advanced "emphasize foundation,widen specialty,strengthen practice,enhance innovation" cultivation model were carried out.By "update educational idea,perfect practical teaching system,create innovative atmosphere",the goal was realized to develop a number of creative talents for international competition.
