以非洲菊(Cerbera jamesonii Bolus cv.Crossfire)切花为材料,就5mg/L纳米银(Nano-silver,NS)预处理24h对其花瓣中过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superox-ide dismutase,SOD)以及切花瓶插寿命、花瓣细胞膜透性和脯氨酸含量的影响进行了研究.结果表明,与对照相比,NS预处理可显著延长非洲菊切花的瓶插寿命,提高瓶插期内非洲菊切花花瓣POD、CAT和SOD的活性。降低花瓣细胞膜的透性,增加瓶插后期花瓣中脯氨酸的含量.

Effects of 5 mg/L nano silver (NS) pre-treatment for 24 h on the activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) , and the vase life, membrane permeabili- ty and proline content in cut gerbera (Gerbera jamesonii Bolus cv. Cross fire) flowers were studied. The results showed that the vase life of cut gerbera flowers could be prolonged significantly by NS pre-treat- ment. The activities of POD, CAT, SOD were increased and the membrane permeability was decreased in cut gerbera flowers by NS pre-treatment during the vase evaluation period. In addition, the proline content was increased by NS pre-treatment at the 9 d of vase period.
