目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中的正丁醇的方法。方法:通过各种实验条件确立气相色谱的适宜条件,并对方法学中的线性、精密度和准确度等参数进行了试验。结果:4min内完成测定并获得良好的直线方程,相关系数在0.9999,精密度RSD在3.65%~5.54%之间,解吸效率90.9%~93.8%之间。结论:该方法操作简便,重复性好,适用于工作场所空气中的正丁醇的测定。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of butyl alcohol in the air workplace by capillary gaschromatography method. Methods: Some parameters of gas chromatography and other indexes such as correlative coefficient, precision and accuracy were determined by the test.Results: It was analyzed in 4 min,the correlative coefficient of the method was o.9999,the recovery and the relative standard deviation of the method were 90.9% -93.8% and3.65%- 5.54%. Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and suitable for Determination of butyl alcohol in the air workplace.
