以蓝莓茎段为外植体,比较不同灭菌条件对蓝莓成活率的影响,结果表明:灭菌方法为70%酒精30s+0.1%升汞、灭菌时间为6~8min时,蓝莓茎段外植体成活率最高,其次是70%酒精30s+2%次氯酸钠、灭菌时间为8~10min。

Taking blueberry stems as explants, the blueberry survival rates under different sterilization conditions were compared. The results show that the sterilization condition for highest explant survival rate was 70% alcohol for 30 s plus 0.1% sublimate for 6 to 8 minutes. The sterilization condition of 70% alcohol for 30 s plus 2% sodium hypochlorite for 8-10 minutes took second place.
