通过对我国高职教育校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式的研究，分析了新疆职业大学航空机电设备维修专业的培养目标并确定了校校、校企合作“1．5＋1＋0．5”人才培养模式。

Through the analysis of the higher vocational education and Xinjiang school-enterprise cooperation, technology combined with training mode, the author analyzed the professional training target of the aviation electro-mechanical equipment maintenance of Xinjiang vocational colleges and confirmed the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation ＂1.5＋1＋0.5＂
