对羟胺及烷氧基胺盐酸盐生产工艺进行了分析比较,提出了一条酮氨氧化制备酮肟一酮肟醚化一水解制备烷氧基胺盐酸盐及回用酮这样一条绿色生产工艺路线。此工艺操作条件温和,原子经济性高,收率好。以丙酮、氯甲烷为主要原料制备甲氧基胺盐酸盐,总收率可达84.6%,原子经济性达48.O%。
對羥胺及烷氧基胺鹽痠鹽生產工藝進行瞭分析比較,提齣瞭一條酮氨氧化製備酮肟一酮肟醚化一水解製備烷氧基胺鹽痠鹽及迴用酮這樣一條綠色生產工藝路線。此工藝操作條件溫和,原子經濟性高,收率好。以丙酮、氯甲烷為主要原料製備甲氧基胺鹽痠鹽,總收率可達84.6%,原子經濟性達48.O%。

The synthetic processes of hydroxylamine and O - alkyl hydroxylamine hydrochloride were analysed, and a new green synthesis mute, through ammonia oxidation, O - alkylation, hydrolysis in HC1 from ketone was advanced. This process had mild operating conditions, high atomic economy, and better yield. For example, the yield of O -methyl hydroxylamine hydrochloride from acetone and methyl chloride achieved 84.6%, and the atomic economy got 48.0%.
