目的：探讨Sysmex XE—2100全自动血细胞分析仪主要工作原理及维修思路。方法：运用Sysmex XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪的各数据测量原理和测试通道来分析日常维修中出现的问题。结果：Sysmex XE-2100故障维修50例,成功率100%,没有因为机器的故障影响临床使用。结论：全自动血细胞分析仪的红细胞（RBC）、白细胞（WBC）、压力等故障在日常维修中经常会碰到,只有掌握全自动血细胞分析仪的红细胞、白细胞、压力等的测量通道原理,才能更好的帮助我们维修全自动血细胞分析仪,既节约成本,又不影响临床使用。

목적：탐토Sysmex XE—2100전자동혈세포분석의주요공작원리급유수사로。방법：운용Sysmex XE-2100전자동혈세포분석의적각수거측량원리화측시통도래분석일상유수중출현적문제。결과：Sysmex XE-2100고장유수50례,성공솔100%,몰유인위궤기적고장영향림상사용。결론：전자동혈세포분석의적홍세포（RBC）、백세포（WBC）、압력등고장재일상유수중경상회팽도,지유장악전자동혈세포분석의적홍세포、백세포、압력등적측량통도원리,재능경호적방조아문유수전자동혈세포분석의,기절약성본,우불영향림상사용。
Objective： To explore the working principle and maintenance of Sysmex XE 2100 automatic blood cell analyzer. Methods： The problems met in daily maintenance of the machine was analyzed based on its working principle and testing channel. Results： In the 50 cases of maintenance of the device, the success rate was 100%. Clinical use was not affected by the mechanical breakdowns. Conclusion： The blood corpuscle instrument of red blood cells （RBC）, white blood cells （WBC）, pressure in the daily maintenance fault often touches, only have a snowball instrument of red, white, pressure and so on the survey channel principle, can better help us maintenance cost savings, namely blood corpuscle instrument,and it doesn＇t affect clinical use.
